Reporting a Claim:

Whether it’s a small loss, or a large one, we want to try to make the claims procedure as easy and stress free as possible for you, our client.

Non-emergency claims

If you have a claim of a non-emergency nature, please contact our office at your convenience. You can call our office directly, or fill in the claims contact form and e-mail or fax to our office, and we will be in contact with you on or before the next business day.

Emergency Claims

During office hours :

If you have a claim emergency ‘during’ office hours, please contact our office immediately to report your claim. We will have an adjuster assigned and in contact with you, usually within the hour.

After office hours :

If you have a claim emergency ‘after’ office hours, please refer to our claims contact sheet that lists all the ‘after hours’ claims phone numbers to call, so that you can be in immediate contact with a claims adjuster at any time of the day or night.

All our insurance companies and independent adjusters have excellent claims service. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to make a claim, we can help.
